I am getting an error message when I get to the browser data cache. I cleared the browser cache, history, and cookies. Did a battery pull and tried again. still no luck.

what do i do!? I can't update the OS tomorrow when it comes out if i cant do a successful backup.

i solved it in advanced options for backup, selected browser cache data and deleted it.
