My blackberry just the wipe. 507 error code appears. At the time of installation, there is a message "The blackberry desktop software does not have
blackberry device software for the device That
you have connected to the computer. contact
your wireless service provider or system administrator ".
I've tried changing the version deskop manager, but still like it.
please help me, thanks

Be sure to install an OS correct for your device before starting. The phone is wiped so no backup is necessary.

If trouble remains search 507 error here at CB. That is annoying issue but not the end of the world.

Hi my blackberry curve 8520 had nuked. I installed new OS using the steps on CB.

Now after installing OS 5.2.0.96 I dont get any homescreen rather just a list of applications and I get a barrage of errors
starting with,

"standby manager not initialized"

I can use applications like games, calendar cant make calls or send sms or anything with the phone. If I hit Set up wizard the phone freezes

Done the battery pull out several times and reloading the OS as well use loader.exe.

But no avail pls help,
