I bought a used storm and i cant find anyway to ersae the persons email address?Does anyone have any idea how i can erase there information?

Wipe the phone. Options, Security Options, General Settings, click the BB button and select wipe handheld.

Go into email setup and delete the emails. If you cant sign in there try this link https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw and try to create an account with your PIN & ESN numbers.

If all else fails, yes, wipe that bad boy and start from scratch!

I was able to create a account and i get and can send my email with no problem and im not getting any emails from previous owners address just want to erase his icon but it wont let me lol

Follow my instructions and delete the service books. It will delete the icon.

I agree. Delete the service books for the email accounts. There should be two service books for each email account on the device (CICAL and CMIME).
