i just stopped receiving my emails...for no reason...how can i fix this problem...i tried *228 and option 1 to re-program my phone, but that hasnt worked....i know this should be an easy fix, but im a rookie with my phone...thanks ahead of time for your help!!

Go to Email Settings (it has its own icon in your app list). Log in. Hit the BB button. Click Service Books. Click Send Service Books.

However based on other threads it looks like there may be an outage for some users, which you can't do anything about.

I think there is an outage. I don't know if it has to do with location at all, but I am in Utah and have no problems.

definately seems to be an outage, I just stopped getting emails as of an hour ago...

The outage might be just with verizon, cause t-mobile and AT&T still work.

I am getting like one or two intermittently, while my pc (outlook) is getting tons.
