I'm a new BB user and when I try to set up my personal email. I get a message saying "Unable to setup [email protected], please try again later" I have made sure my gmail is enabled for IMAP/POP and installed the desktop manager. Do I need to do something else?

I'm a new BB user too, and Verizon setup my email for me. I recommend taking it to Verizon for help

just to clarify - you do have a Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) plan? If so, use the email wizard on your BB.
