    Hi

Got another storm again today as lost previous one. Tried to set up email accounts but there is no option in the wizard? Only has enterprise activation! Im pretty sure the last one had the option to set up personal email accounts.

Will it be because of the OS? I havent updated the software on the thing just tried to set up the accounts and noticed there was no option to do this

    Anyone Help?

Sounds like it used to be activated on BES. A wipe and OS install should fix that.

I don't think so, it should be listed out of the box, but the fact that it only has BES activation makes me think there's an policy or something since you can't even add emails.

Are they not on your phone then? Just b/c you don't have the email setup client doesn't mean you can't receive your emails.

Wow this whole time I thought you were missing the client, I'm so confused now lol. When you log into the email client, can you add the email via the bb button menu?

VZW says all phones start w/BES query. Select yes & by end of process all will be setup properly w/BIS.
