    When I write an email, why do I make a "save draft" before sending ? I can never send an email directly ???

    Does it eventually send? My problem was that it wasn't picking an email to send with... Make sure you have the correct setting for default email.

    If that doesn't fix it, resend service books.

    It should go type email, hit bb menu button twice and email sent.
