    When I go to work I turn my phone off and leave it in my locker. Throughout the day I might get 30-40 emails when my phone is off. I answer all the emails on my work computer. When I get off work and I turn on my phone it takes maybe 30 minutes of beeping and updating telling me that I have emails that I already have looked at. Is there anyway to stop that?

    I have hotmail and comcast. BIS, I am not sure what that is?
