I am having problems with email,
first it is very slow
second when i receive email its not the most recent email is the one before?

what should i do?

Ok so got this fixed
Blackberry support is so awesome that is why i love blackberry i dont think i will ever buy another phone if it is not a blackberry. It was do a server issue and they set up a work around and then will call me when it is fixed.
