so i got a new phone from verizon as a replacemnt i backed my first one up using the blackberry desktop manager so i could just restore it on my new one but when i restored it on my new one my new phone isnt recieving my emails anyone know why?

gotta resend service books. can do the following:

1. options > advanced options >host routing table > bb button > register now

2. go to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw > sign in > resend service books on left menu.

While here, I would also change your devices pin number.

Did you get a page that said service books sent? try and send yourself an email and see if you get it on your storm
