    i broke the screen on my old storm(9530) got the replacement from the insurance company a couple weeks later and used the device switch wizard for the blackberry to blackberry on the dm to put all my info on my new device and every since then my email hasn't worked? Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    *when i go to send an email through my gmail account it fails and says "Transaction error - failure at service"
    *also when i get an email into my gmail inbox it never shows on my blackberry

    Go to your email settings and send service books to all the Email accounts you have setup. That should work.

    how do i go about doing this?
    click on my email> go to options > email settings?

    Go to setup, or wherever your Email settings folder is. Hit the menu key, service books, then click send service books.

    Also, click on your Gmail, go to options and make sure you have it set to where you recieve notifications from your handheld and email.
