so here's a strange one.. LOVE my new Storm! (that's not the strange part, but seems to be from a lot of the posts).

All was well, then I plugged into desktop manager at work. I now have two email folders for email accounts I never set up, and I can't delete them. I added one of the accounts...only to be left with 2 folders for the same account (only one of which worked). When i deleted, only the working folder left, I am still left with a blackberry T-mobile account folder, for one. These were accounts on my old Pearl. Anyone suffer through this already?

On the phone or the desktop?
If on the phone login to VZW bis setup your emails send the service books and do a battery pull

Yes, I've had that.

Tried deleted them off the BIS site. Didn't work.
Tried battery pull. that didn't work either.
called Verizon/RIM...they couldn't fix it.

Finally, sadly, I had to do a wipe clean.

oh man, well if that's the case i'll just hide them, they're not getting emails anyway. I just got done customizing this thing up, don't want to start over , again.
