You might try using the Blackberry Desktop Manager, select backup and restore, advanced, and then highlight address book scroll all the way down the list, hold down your shift key on the PC keyboard and click the last entry to select all and click the clear button. I accidentally clicked clear on Quick contacts and had to reset all of my speed dial numbers. If there is an easier way I am sure the people on here will let us know.
