So i tried to plug my earphones in and listen to some music, come to find out that its not working. ive turned the phone off and on, tried to make a call with them and nothing works.

Spin the plug inside of the jack or play with it and should fix your problem

When all else fails...try a battery pull! Battery pulls have been known to fix everything from Lock ups to Global Warming!
