I've had my storm for 15 days and keep it in great shape but I already have a few specs of dust under the screen! It's not a big deal... yet, but i'm sure it will be if I keep it past the 30 day trial

4 months and I have dust. Funny thing is, I treat my electronics better than some people treat their children, so I have NO idea how it's getting under there.

always a good idea to do a quick search before posting, but with that said yes they will replace it. I had this same problem with my first storm, it is a factory defect and covered under warranty. Beware I have heard stories of VZW giving some people a hard time, but you could always just go to a different store.lol

It is okay because you are new to CrackBerry! But that question has been asked quite a bit and making duplicate threads causes clutter (and upset, ha).

There is a lot of useful information on this site and once you get the hang of using the search feature you will be golden!

Here is a quick tip on searching the forums: http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/crac...72/#post116880

Wow, I won't feel to bad about getting a new one for dust then. You would think they would be working harder on a fix with that much of a problem.
