Hello and thanks in advance for any help. I have done a search but couldn't find anything on this so I apologize upfront in case it's been covered and I just didn't find it.

I have a Music icon on the home page that has all of the songs I already have in the music file in Media folder. Can I just delete the separate Music icon and still have all the music available in the Media file? I'm not sure if the separate Music folder is a shortcut link to the music in the Media file or what.

I don't know if you can delete it, but you can move it to a folder (I have mine in a folder I made for icons that I don't use). You can also just hide it so you don't see it.

Thanks so much. I wonder if having two files with the same things in them are stored twice as well. I dont want to have duplicate stuff stored.

No... having two icons does not mean that the stuff is stored twice. The Music icon is just a shortcut to your music.
