I got a new Storm yesterday and it's only worked sporadically since. I've had it on the charger almost the entire time but it's like it freezes, then I get a clock face in the center of a black screen & the "hands" on the clock just spin like time is flying by. I can't find any reference to this so I don't know if it's something I'm doing, or not doing, or if the phone was dead out of the box!
Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm going crazy w/battery pulls & even then it only stays "live" for a couple of commands before the red indicator light blinks, the screen goes black and the clock face returns.
