I was having the problem with not being able to use DM with itunes said I need to run it as system admin, well I got that part fixed, then I click on the start button on the right for itunes in DM, and it will download the program add-on or whatever it needs, and then after its done it will says not working etc, and I have to close program, I have tired this various times and get the same thing.
