Hey I was trying to back up my storm so that I could install .90 but each time I try it gets to backing up the call logs and then a window comes up saying error could not back up device. I already tried to back up on another computer. Any suggestions? I have DM 4.7 and Im currently running .76. I cleared my event log and anything else I can think of. Thanks in advance!

try using a different comp or reinstall ur desktop software .. and download a fresh copy

clear the cache on your storm and that should do it. In fact, I would clean the memory as well for good measure.

BTW, this question has been asked and answer about 1000 times at least. I personally have answered it close about 20 times.

I understand that Rooster. It may say Im a newbie or whatever but I look at this site a million times a day. I searched before I asked and I tried everything I could before I posted. I cleared everything already like I said before.
