Well i'm running Vista but i've done plenty of OS wipes/upgrades before, but this time i did the wipe and now DM Won't recognize the phone.. In 'My Computer' it shows removable disks when plugged in (Can't open them tho)
So what should i try? I just uninstalled DM And reinstalled it still same thing..
Now i'm looking at the white 507 screen and can't load up my .141 HELP!!!
Make sure the Vendor.xml file is deleted. Then reboot your computer. Then plug in device>Open DM>Apploader>Add/Remove Programs>Select Core Apps>Next>Finish. After the DM is done loading the Core OS, restore from a previous backup.
Alright i've uninstalled DM reinstalled without auto update, i've restarted my comp multiple times - Multiple battery pulls - Reinstalled .141 etc. Vendor.xml deleted
PLEASE HELP DM will NOT recognize the phone - When i plug it in the drivers install successfully, but DM WILL NOT -
AND when i run the loader.exe it says DM Does not have the software for my phone..
Take the battery out of the Storm and connect it to DM WITH THE BATTERY OUT. It might take a couple tries, but DM should recognize the Storm and start loading the software.
AS SOON AS things start loading MAKE SURE that you put the battery back into the Storm, otherwise the phone cannot re-boot during the install phase.
GOT IT guys thanks a lot - I just did so much crap that i don't know what i did to fix it... but loader.exe worked after the 32334th time trying it :UGHHHHHH:
