I keep getting an error everytime I try to synchronize the phone with the computer. Everything is up to date and installed, but now I keep getting some stupid error that tells me to check the documentation. What should I do?

it worked fine until i did the JL_cmder thing and wiped it clean and started over again with the updated software. maybe its the software, i don't know, but i am very frustrated at this point with the stupid error messsage.
