Help! I've uninstalled Palm Desktop 6.2.1, and installed 4.1.4 to no avail! The BB device switch detects the Palm desktop, but after around 20-30 seconds or so, stops responding.
I found an old post somewhere about the BB Desktop v4.7 being an issue, but 4.6 working.
Could that be it?
I'm a total newbie, but loving my Storm! Thanks for any help you folks can offer.
