I've asked this question before but no one answered it what does it mean when you phone turns white it says device error then restarts what do you guys think it is and do you think I should take it back my thirty days arent up until Jan. 15th!

Tex ... you phone should never restart on it's own, white screen or not; take it back and get another one.

How many times has it happened for you? Does it do it every once in awhile or all the time or just once?

just twice and ive had it almost a month

and both time was when i was texting on it super fast and hitting the screen like repeatively

i would return it before you run out of time and you can't return it if it keeps happening

Where is your memory sitting at? Try and keep at least 20 to 30 mb free.

my memory is sittin at high 30s my highest that it goes is like 42MB so is this a common problem?

I have had the same issue. Anyone else have an opinion either that it is a common problem and should wait it out? Or is it serious enough to get a new Storm?
