    "Databases that are navailable in the list have been configured for wireless sync or wireless backup and are read-only. You cannot restore or clear them"

    I'm getting off my exchange, backed up everything, deleted my contacts on the exchange, and now trying to restore my contacts from my backup file and it's giving me this error and not restoring!!

    Someone please help...that's 707 contacts!

    Try deleting or reinstalling DM and choosing not to be on enterprise as the options when it installs or repairs.

    Having the same issue over here... I backed up an old device and trying to restore address book to the new one, but the address book is greyed out in advanced restore on the DM. My new device is not activated on the BES, therefore it does not have the service book to be deleted that everyone keeps pointing out. Also, I don't have wireless sync activated in the phone book options.

    Anyone have any other ideas? In dire need of these contacts... Can't believe this is such a huge and common issue.
