    Sorry for the newbie question. But I'm trying to download the new OS for my phone. The desktop manager is asking for a password, and I have no clue what it is, and I don't remember setting one up. Any ideas on how to get it?

    If you bought it used, chances are someone put a password on it. If so, wipe the device. If its an IT policy, you'll need to load a blank policy on it.

    Default pw is probably 1234
