i have a problem though.. i rushed it before work and i deleted everything off the fone now.i did the os reload... and it stops loading 3/4 on the blackberry load up and i did the application loader and i cant figure it out to get anything back on it?

    the application loader says

the blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer. contact your wireless service provider or system administrator.

May be a stupid question but: did you download and install on your PC the OS?

I agree with jlsparks, it sounds that you did not run the os file on your computer

The OS is NOT the desktop manager. You need to download to your computer the OS you want to load on to the phone. Then install that OS to your computer. If you are on Verizon and using a 9530, DM may find the software and try to load it if you use the proper approach. I suggest downloading and installing to the computer and then trying to load on the computer.

What OS are you wanting to load on the phone?

keep in mind that the install actually stalls about 60-70% of the way and does not move for a while so you may actually be loading fine unless you are getting an error.
