Ok this just happened around 15 minutes ago. I am running version 5.0.328

I was going into my text messages and when i clicked the icon it said "uncaught exception..." I then did a battery pull and it was loading up and i get a white screen saying "JUM Error 102 Reset" so i did another battery pull and same screen.

Ive never had a problem with this phone then this happened.

Any help is wanted and needed.

Can you boot into safe mode?

its been running fine ever since the day it came out...and i have no idea how to get it into safe mode

Pull the battery out, put it back and hold the esc key while it's booting.

i did that and the phone keeps restarting itself and brings up the same JUM error 102 message...any other suggestions

i had a jvm 523 error with a white screen i called verizon and they told me to pull the battery out and hold the end call button for ten seconds and then put the battery back in. I did that a couple of times and it did not work at first, then while it was restarting I tried pressing the end call button and lock button about five times each while it was restarting and it came back working as normal
