I am new to BB. I am not having luck figuring out how to separate my contacts (work from personal). I am NOT on BES and use Outlook redirector.

In Desktop Manager 4.7, I set it up to sync my personal contacts as well as public folder contacts (shared with my group). My personal contacts were < 50 and public folder around 750. After syncing, no errors, I get the combined contacts in my personal. This is not good. Fortunately it did not merge my personal into public folder.

Last night I added a new contact directly on device. I could not figure out how to make sure it syncs to my personal contacts. No luck. http://images.crackberry.com/forum_i...ons/icon13.gif

This happens to be a VERY critical business need for me. If Blackberry does not handle this then I will be forced to shop elsewhere.

I spent last weekend with RIM trying to get connection thru OWA working. Turns out our OWA has a Microsoft ISA server in front of it. RIM says "no dice, we don't support ISA in front of Exchange". Quite sad. http://images.crackberry.com/forum_i...ons/icon13.gif

I like the Storm and am getting the hang of it, but these above issues are not improving my operation like I expected.
