For some reason my blackberry storm 9530 made in mexico, shipped from canada , yeah i know is really confusing process. Well, the problem is that after a time my data service stop working at all and the only way to restore is pulling out the battery , any idea what could be happening ? has any one experienced the same problem ? my weatherbug doesn't work, browser, any Instant app, google maps, nothing. I'm thinking just go to any verizon store and get a new one but, since my blackberry doesn't have any other problem rather than the data cut im scare to get a new one with other problems. any suggestions ?
i have upgrade the os and the same problem persist, tried reinstall app and still didn't work. Any help ?

try dialing *228 option 2 i was having trouble with my data and this fixed it for me

maybe a fresh new OS update could work also

im currently running .99 after upgrading from 75 which came with my blackberry. I had the same problem during .75 , i have upgrade and still. I'm going to try calling *228 with the second option.
