    I noticed some dark streaks on my screen. Spoke with Verizon and the wanted to do a wipe. How would that fix a screen problem? What could the dark spots be?

    Are you looking at it with sunglasses on? If your glasses are polarized you'll see streaks.

    nope. with my glasses off i still see them. my wife sees them too. so i know it's not my eyes.
