    So I just got off the phone with a tech 3rd time in two days. My refurb replacement was still regd under some one elses account. My level 2 tech said he had a similar device but not an actual storm while working me through the probs?...

    Anywho. He said I could have 5 BB email accounts and I could also create a custom PIN. Umm I have searched everywhere and found no evidence of how or where to do this. No options in BIS for create a new account, and none under set up wizard...

    first off, when a device is refurbished they are assgined a new MEID and PIN. so you should have no problem using it. if that is the case, request for a new one, most likely it wasn't refurbished completely. the info you were given was incorrect. teeth punch that n00b tech support rep
