I bricked my phone somehow loading 132. After a wipe and reinstall, I got it back. I reinstalled everything and phone is fine except that:

bb messenger is no longer running in background

ring tones I have bought are now called protected content and I'm not allowed to use them.

Any Ideas, I used dm but had no luck. Also brickbreaker and wordmole are gone. No biggy for me but my wife is pissed.

When you reinstalled the OS, what app did you use? AppLoader or something else? Did you select the apps you say are missing during the process?

I used apploader.exe and as far as I know I chose everything. I was in a panic since it was my first buried bb.

You could rerun the install from AppLoader and just be sure to select everything you need before starting the install.

best thing. Call verzion tell them something going wrong and they will send u a new one
