Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again

Dear All,

Require help to solve my BB9500 camera problem. It gives message �Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again.�

I do not know the reason, whether it is caused due to up gradation of its software or dropping it at station.

I took the battery out several time and restarted it, as well I reinstalled all software but still the same message.

If anyone knows, please help me to solve this problem.

Do a search using the phrase "camera error message" (without the quotation marks)... this will bring up a bunch of threads about this issue. Some people have returned their phones for new ones, and others have found that certain 3rd party apps were to blame for this.
