Does anyone know why the name of the contact does not always show up on the screen when they call me? Sometimes it shows the name of the person calling, but usually it just shows a number. Does anyone know how to fix this so that I know who's calling me?
it depends on whether you have them listed in your contacts or not. if some random person calls you and you don't have their name and number as one of your contacts then you will only see the number. this is a limitation on Verizon's part if i'm not mistaken.
Thanks, but i am referring to when they are saved in my contact list. I have the contact stored in my phone book, and usually if i call them and they dont answer, when they return the call it does not show their name. Do you know why it doesnt show the contact name when they are saved in my phonebook?
