    ok i loaded the drivers and new desktop manager software and when i plug in my storm it recognizes it,but it doesnt show up in my computer and allow me to drag files over to it. what do i need to do

    Turn on mass storage mode on the bb and make sure it also has when connected to computer checked

    Unplug the usb and use another port to reload the drivers
