My screen got cracked and i got an insurance replacement. Does anyone know how to go about cleaning out all my email passwords and personal info before sending it back to insurance company.
If you can still make out the screen go here:
Options -> security options -> general settings
Press the menu button and choose 'wipe handheld'
if you have a password set you can also type it incorrectly 10 times (default) and it will do the same thing
If the screen is totally useless you can connect it to blackberry desktop manager, go into backup and restore and then advanced. Clear each individual database here.
Also, make sure you take care of your BIS or BES account.
