I have had my Storm plugged in for a few hours now, and the green LED still flashes while on the charger. The phone says it's 100% charged, so why is the LED still flashing green when it's been charging for 5 hours?
Bump. Can anyone shed some light on this? According to the status screen, my battery is showing 100% but I still have the lightning bolt icon by the meter while on, and the green light still flashes when off. I've heard that .75 has caused this, as .65 didn't have this issue. Also, what does a red LED mean?

All I can say is that I have had the same issue when I installed the .75 version, worked great when on .65. However the other stuff that .75 fixed isn't worth worrying about the charging status to me. Hopefully that will be addressed in future updates.
I figured it was just the OS, since my battery life has been good and the status check reveals a full battery. I'm wondering why I get a red LED when I use the soft reset though. Works fine though.

I see a red LED flash quickly when it resets also I never paid it any attention, cause it also did it when I deleted an app and a restart was required. I assume its OK
Mine has never had any trouble, so I guess maybe the red LED means it's resetting? Hmm.
umm when the phone reads 100 percent that does not mean its 100 percent the phone is 100 percent when the lightning bolt dissapears.. which can be quite a while after it reads 100 percent in the menu..
No phones on the market are 100 percent in telling that a battery is fully charged or not..
they also get out of sync quite a bit and will sync back in when rebooted..
it doesn't get out of sync by a ton but it can be a bit.

I disagree: my Storm can be plugged for a week and the green bolt won't disappear. It's a Vodafone running 75.
