Hi everyone. My cousin has a Storm 1 which was brought from the USA. It is unlocked but it was from Verizon. Anyway, I'm having trouble in installing Blackberry ID. I tried updating it from Blackberry Protect and also from App World but nothing works. What can I Do? It has OS 5, the latest version from AT&T. Thanks
