I am usin BlackBerry storm 9500. I hav registered yahoo mail on ny phone n I do receive mails. I hav yahoo messenger on my phone but anytime I want to sign in it says " service not enabled for this handheld" I don't know wat to do or how to go by it. Van anyone help me plsSsss.

You can use it only if you have a BlackBerry Data Plan. Do you have one?

delete the yahoo app, then go to the bb app store and download it again. you should be able to sign in then

Try going to Options>Advanced Options>Applications...scroll to Yahoo Messenger, highlight it, press BB/menu button and it will pull up a menu containing the option "Enable/Disable Compatibility Mode". You want to make sure it says "Enable" not "Disable". I dunno...give it a shot
