I have have the Blue Ant z9. I loved it on my Palm Treo, but I can't connect it to my Storm. It can't even find it in pairing mode. Blue Ant had a upgrade which I did, but still no luck...

Anybody have any solutions?

Turn off the Z9 then hold the button down and keep holding it down until it goes to a solid blue state, around 5-9 seconds then on the BB, "Search for BT".

I have tried that over and over to no avail. On my BB I go to add device, then activate pairing mode on the blue ant and push search on the BB. The BB doesn't even find the blue ant. Could it be the blue ant software or just a crazy glitch??

On the BlueAnt press the On/Off once and the BA will ask for a command. Say 'Pair Me'. The BA will then search for a pair.

On the BB go to Manage Connections > Set Up Bluetooth > Search.

The BB and BA should then recognize each other and will then provide instructions to complete the set up.
