my settings all seem correct, but when somebody sends me a link to a page, it will not highlight and allow me to click it. Seems odd to me. I have HTML enabled for email.
Something just doesn't seem right to me.
any ideas... and yes, I've searched. If I missed something, let me apologize in advance. I'm not really in the mood to be attacked for a simple question.
Sorry can't help ya out any further. Could try re-sending Service Books and see if that helps, but I doubt it (Setup -> Email Setup -> log in -> press BB key -> select Service Books)
