me again, sorry i am green to bb.
i am using blackberry desktop manger v4.7
when using the application loader to add software (opera mini; googlemap....)
it said "No additional applications designed for your device were found."
i have searched it and found this

but i have no idea how to get this device software........

Those apps are OTA, Over The Air downloads. Just Google them and install from your phone.

Make sure the browser on your BB is set to Blackberry emulation and then hit both of these sites from it.

www.google.com/gmm for Google Maps

www.operamini.com for Opera Mini. (which BTW isn't better then the Storm browser in current incarnation and doesn't even work right with the Storm interface.)
