I would like to set up my 3 emails to go into one folder and my SMS and MMS messages go into a different is this possible.

This should be the default manner in which this occurs if setup properly through BIS.
To verify, choose a message folder, press BB key, select options. Then go to "SMS and Email Inboxes". Choose separate and they should be the way you want them...
