    This may be a stupid question, but is this possible? I'd rather have the email service (work, gmail, etc) instead of the email address as the label.

    I've tried to search, so sorry if this has been answered already.

    Yes, if you open up the email set up app, or log into the VZW BIS web site, you can edit the name.
