You can track it when you receive shipping confirmation, stop calling me at work and asking when youre storm is gonna ship.

I bought mine on 12/6, and when I type in my order number, all it says is that it will be delivered within 2-3 days (which I know is not accurate for Storm purchases)... In the same situation as you.

I'd try calling CS and see what they have to say.

If you ordered it over the internet website then you can get a status update on the website. If you ordered it over the phone, you'll have to call CS for an update.

Call 611 and give them your phone number. Tell them you want to know the status of your Storm order you placed in-store.
