I have a couple of friends with iphones and since they can't send me an mms they have been trying to email me some pictures. I receive the emails but when I attempt to open attachment, it tells me that I can't open this type of file. It is a jpeg. I never had this problem with att and my bold so I figure it is either Verizon setting or my Storm. I can open pictures sent to me from other sources, just not the iphones. I have a way around this by having them email my number at vzwpix. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

That is odd, i open attached jpg files all the time. I have the 9500 on vodafone germany and have never had this issue. (although I can't say they sent the file from an iphone.) have you tried saving the attachment instead of just opening it? or how about sending yourself a jpg and see if you can open it? sorry, not much help but thats all i can think of at the time.
