Hello, I recently received a blackberry storm, I am having problems dialing from the contact list. I can dial the same number I have from the contact list number by number and the call goes through, no problem. When I try to dial from the contact list, the operator comes on saying that the call can not be completed. I have tried to look for the "smart dialing" options on this phone and can not find. Can any one please help.
