Every time I go to take a picture or Video, it says "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again".
This just started about 2 days ago.
I also went to transfer my data from the pearl to the storm, and I messed up and transferred my data from the storm TO the pearl. I then reversed it and everything but the camera is working fine now.

What applications could be running that are not letting them open??

This is an OS thing AFAIK. Have your tried to pull the battery out and back in yet? I'd give that a go.

Also, try checking your device and media card for errors.
