I just wanted to help out other people that may be having this issue.
One of my VODAFONE storm's was not showing the CID ( CALLER ID ) from whoever is calling from a CDMA no or a landline, other than ROGERS or FIDO, since my line that i have in there is a FIDO line. Yes the Storm is unlocked 9500 VODAFONE.

Resolution: Call Fido or Rogers tell them to remove the Name display options or CODE/package that they have on your account.

It took me 5 hours of Troubleshooting with FIDO and no 1 knew what was wrong.
Everytime i connected to my Rangerover or Audi Blue tooth the numbers whould show. Of i was on a call and i got a callwaiting, some one calls me, i could see the number. It was only when the phone was idle i couldnt see it, it said "UNKOWN NUMBER"
