Ok, so this has been driving me crazy, but now I am at my wits end. Not every incoming call shows up in the call log. Almost no answered calls show up and very few missed calls are in my call log. I dont really want a duplicate log in my messages folder. All I really want is for my call log to show all incoming and outgoing calls.

Also, is there a way to clear the entire call log at once or do I have to delete each call individually?

Try:

Messages
View Folder
Phone Call Logs/Missed Calls

From there you can highlight the current date and select delete prior.


this works on my 8330, not sure about storm.

press the green send key, press the bb button, go to options...select call logging....then select none...missed callse will still be in the call log folder but they will not appear in the message folder....
